Entre deux mers gite

This is an Ikea furnished country house. Basic, no luxury, but all you need for a rural holiday and in a lovely setting. There is 1 hectare of garden with a 12m x 6m swimming pool that is shared with another gite and my family. In order to comply with current standards we are operating a swimming pool roster so that each family has private use of the pool for several hours of each day. The cottage has an open plan sitting room/ kitchen/ dining area, with a seperate shower and toilet located adjacent in a single level area. The remainder of the house consists of two storeys with each floor having a private bedroom facing West and a walk through bedroom facing East. It is ideally suited to accommodating one or two families with children. The property is situated in the heart of the Bordeaux wine region, and is very rural. The local market town of Sauveterre de Guyenne has all modern conveniences including outdoor eating and also hosts a weekly market in the traditional town square.
