Maison de Sivry - a traditional country house

This is an old country house that has not been renovated to a high standard but is comfortable and well placed for a fun family holiday. We prefer that you do not bring your dog with you as we have a dog on site already. If you really want to bring and antimal with you please check before booking that it will be acceptable. This house is large, situated in a large garden with a large swimming pool making it ideal for family holidays or for re-unions and parties. The house has a small private garden area but shares the rest of 1 hectare and the swimming pool with the family and friends of the host. This is a tiny hamlet situated 3 kms from the small, bastide town of Sauveterre de Guyenne. From Sauveterre there is a dedicated, tarmac bike track to Bordeaux city (55 kms) along the old railway line. There is no public transport - a car or bike is essential. Please note that .if your stay is for less than 4 nights you will need to supply your own bed linen and towels. These can be supplied at payment of 10 Euros per person. We ask that you leave the beds as you found them at the end of your stay, both in terms of position (many people move them around) and the bedding on them. If you have used our bedding please remove it and leave at the end of the bed as when you found it.
