→ In order to ensure your safety and in accordance with Covid-19 best practices, our properties are always cleaned by a professional cleaning service. → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis - replacements or re-fills are not provided. All other items must be acquired by the guest. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 14:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied. → Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. → For reservations longer than 28 nights, the property bills are included up to 150€. → City Tax will also be charged in the amount of 2€ per night per person. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT.: - Please confirm your check-in time as soon as possible so we can arrange everything specially for you. - Flexible check-in and check-out are available upon request, but only if the property is available. These requests must be done in advance. - Late Check-In Fee.: 25€ after 22h00. - Late Check-Out Fee.: A later check-out between 11h00 and 17h00 is possible if the property is available, but it’s subject to a payment of a 25€ fee. - Early Check-In Fee.: An early check-in between 08h00 and 14h00 is possible if the property is available, but it’s subject to a payment of a 25€ fee. CLEANING & LAUNDRY.: - Bedding Sets and Towels are provided for the requisite number of guests. - The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only. - For longer stays it's possible to arrange extra cleanings (with an additional cost). - The apartment is always cleaned by a professional cleaning service. If there's something that doesn't meet your standards, please contact us. OTHER RULES.: - Children’s High Chair and Baby Crib available by request (extra cost of 25€). - The silent period in Portugal is between 22h00 and 08h00, and night rest period must be respected. The apartment is in a residential area and you should be aware that social events and other activities that might disturb the neighbors are prohibited. Please contact us for more information.
