Five minutes walk from the metro station Gamla stan (The Old Town) and twenty minutes walk from the Arlanda Express train to the apartment situated in the historical heart of Stockholm … There is a separate bedroom for rental and shared kitchen, living room and bathroom … there is wifi (35 Mbit/s both up and down) and swedish TV … I have experience of renting out a house at ******** and some here … I speak swedish, french, german and english and would love to meet people from other countries - I will be happy to make your stay comfortable - normally I let the double bed for couples and the single bed for singles but that can easily be changed according to wishes - bed linen and towels available - I try to fix everything but otherwise help yourself with clean bed linen and towels in boxes under the beds and extra towels in the wooden box on the side - breakfast not included but a simple one can be offered for free upon request - coffee and tea offered - check-in time at 18 and check-out time at 12 o’clock but may be discussed - in the weekend I normally have my dog at home - smoking not permitted - clothing optional
