💧 Regular Maintenance: • Pool maintenance takes place every Thursday. • Garden care is scheduled for Tuesday or Wednesday.

1. Always have an adult present when children are near or in the pool. 2. Take a quick check of the water’s depth before diving or jumping in. 3. Encourage kids who are not confident swimmers to wear life jackets or floatation devices. 4. Please avoid bringing glass items or sharp objects like long sticks near the pool area. You will have private access to the entire home, including the beautiful backyard and pool. For your convenience, we offer sanitized, contact-free self-check-in. Please note that the garage and a few designated closets and cabinets are locked for storage and are not accessible to guests. Easy access to Downtown Fullerton, shops and restaurants.

Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed. — We are delighted to offer a pet-friendly property! If you wish to bring your furry friends along, there is a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $50 per person, per night.
