The TV includes streaming packages from Hulu, Amazon, YouTube TV (for local channels) and ESPN. There are retail and commercial tenants on the first floor, with apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Guest keys will allow use of the elevator to go between levels. Parking is limited to free street parking or paid garages. Rentals over 30 days are eligible for discounted parking lot permits through the city. The building is located about 15 minutes from the Roanoke Airport, 1 hour from Virginia Tech University, 10 minutes to Roanoke Memorial Hospital, and 5 minutes from Roanoke Community Hospital.
