one-bedroom apartment with balcony and elevator can accommodate 6 people. Near Hondori Shopping Arcade and Peace Park. complete basic facilities are provided. Room wifi, TV, washing machine, iron are all provided. Air-conditioning provided can be heating or cooling air depending on your need. Kitchen is also equipped with basic cooking appliances/utensils. With toilet and bath. Smart lock is installed to add safety and security.

The sofa bed are self-service, all the settings are in the storage/ shelf, with English label on it, clean bed sheets, pillow cover, it's super simple you can set up in 2 mins.

This apartment is provided with hotel quality supplies such as towels, tooth brush set, body wash & shampoo, etc. Feel free to use the amenities during your stay. ~AMENITIES AND EQUIPMENT~

Kitchen is provided with all basic cooking tools and dishes you will need for a comfortable stay. There are many convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and coin parking lots in the vicinity. Near Hondori Shopping Arcade and Peace Park. 15 mins via tram from Hiroshima Station to Kanayamacho Station. 3 minutes walk from nearest tram station. The room is completely non-smoking. Check-in time is at 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am, we will prepare for the next day's customers, so please be punctual. No pets allowed. No parties or events please.

Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.

So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed . You may send your passport copy as an attachment via email or using your smart phone on your booking channel app.
