Garage Apartment: - BDRM 1: This versatile space above the garage features a King bed and a sleeper sofa that converts to a Full bed.

Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi and enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a Keurig coffee maker, essential cooking appliances, BBQ grill, and a dining area seating for all guests. Spend quality time with provided board games, puzzles, and small children's toys, and savor the outdoors in the private 6-person hot tub, cozy fire pit, and serene covered front porch. Amenities include fresh linens, hairdryer, toiletries, central heating/AC, and essentials to make your stay effortless and enjoyable. Guests have full access to the entire house, outdoor spaces, hot tub, and apartment. Please note that the garage is not accessible. Check-in is a breeze with self-check-in using a smart lock. Enjoy the safe, friendly, quiet, & peaceful neighborhood while still being minutes from Gerber Village, restaurants, shopping, groceries, movie theater, and more. Car is recommended. Uber/Lyft are good options to avoid downtown parking. I can also share the info of a local lady who drives around town and leaves her business cards at some of our rentals. We take your safety and security seriously and this property has special local compliance requirements of a signed rental agreement and ID verification. To make this easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
