Both cottages have their own private areas, also separated by an 8ft. privacy fence between them, but please be conscious & respectful of other guests & pets when outdoors. You will each have two private parking spots. - With the great central location by the beach, we are located on a main road. While we're separated by a tall 8ft. privacy fence & trees, at times there will be some traffic noise on the property, more during the busier summer months. Our property offers the only place in Traverse City that you will find nature in the city.
