Important: You will have the main house all to yourself. There is a 2BR studio unit beside which is not part of this rental. It is separate from the main house with its own entrance. The courtyard is shared with the Studio unit, offering guests tranquility and peace of mind in a completely safe environment throughout their stay. Guests will have access to the entire home except few closets and cabinets that we have locked. Nearby recreational facilities may include playgrounds, sports fields, walking trails, and within close proximity to essential amenities, residents benefit from convenient access to shopping centers, grocery stores, restaurants, providing something for everyone to enjoy. A car is highly recommended. CANCELLATION POLICY: Please follow the cancellation policy on the respective platform. Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed. — We are delighted to offer a pet-friendly property! If you wish to bring your furry friends along, there is a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $50 per person, per night.
