Welcome to our modern downtown apartments in the heart of Indianapolis! These two separate stylish 1-bedroom units in the same building are perfect for exploring the city's nightlife and attractions. Each offers a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and Wi-Fi. Note: The heating/AC system is louder than average when running. If sensitive to sound, consider earplugs. Each Apartment ******** Includes: ● 1 bedroom - queen ● 1 bathroom - ● High speed Wi-Fi ● 55" Smart TV ● Fully equipped kitchen ● Washer/dryer in-building ● Central heat and air ● Ring doorbell on the outside of the door. ● Keyless entry ● We offer parking passes for the on-site lot behind the building. Please contact us in advance to reserve a spot as spaces are limited. The rates for parking are $20 per night, $100 per week, and $200 per month. To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with the Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso “Boarding Pass” with your Guest Access information. The Enso Connect guest verification process will require: ● Signing of rental agreement ● ID and selfie uploads The Argyle on Mass Ave, located on Massachusetts Avenue in Indianapolis, is a vibrant neighborhood known for its arts, culture, dining, and entertainment. With historic buildings, eclectic boutiques, art galleries, and diverse dining options, it offers a lively and engaging atmosphere. Whether you're exploring art exhibits, enjoying a meal at a trendy restaurant, or experiencing the vibrant nightlife, there's always something exciting happening on Mass Ave. This property offers seamless self check in process. After booking, you'll receive an invitation to complete the verification process. This includes: ● Signing the rental agreement ● Uploading a photo ID and a quick selfie • A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost, covering more than minor wear and tear. Stays over 30 nights require a refundable ******** if no damages occur (except ******** bookings). • Discounts applied automatically: -10% off for stays 7+ nights -20% off for stays 30+ nights • Extensions: Contact us for special offers. • Starter Kit: Includes coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper.
