We collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $35, paid via Truvi. This waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.

🏡 Pricing Policy for Large Groups The base price covers up to 16 guests. Additional guests are $30 per person per night. Since ******** only allows bookings for 16 guests, I’ll reach out after booking to confirm your total guest count and send a change request if needed.

Please Note: There is a passthrough door from Bedroom 7 to Bedroom 8. Bedroom 8 does have it's own Exterior door that leads to the backyard.
