Each unit features a kitchen, king-size bed, smart TV, and high-speed internet. Enjoy shared amenities like the pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day), gaming area, and rooftop. Photos show the style; your unit may vary but is equally well designed. Guests must be 21 or older, and a valid government ID is required for each guest staying. Each unit consists of: • 1 Bedrooms - each with a king sized bed • 1 bathrooms • Queen sofa pull-out in each of the living rooms • High-speed Wi-Fi • Smart TV • Fully equipped kitchen • Washer/dryer in unit • Central heat and air • Lockbox entry • Ring doorbell on the outside of the door. ** We are only able to provide 1 fob per unit which also allows you 1 parking space** ***This is a multi-apartment listing. Consisting of separate apartments*** To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with your Guest Access information. A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost as it covers more than just minor wear and tear. For reservations longer than 30 nights, a refundable ******** will also be required.
