Living space The main floor opens into a generous living area with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, flowing directly onto a private patio that overlooks a quiet park. Whether it's a morning coffee before the parks or a wind-down in the evening, the outdoor space gives the home a calm, unhurried feel. The dining area connects naturally to a fully equipped kitchen fitted with solid wood cabinets, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and all the cookware and utensils you need for anything from a quick breakfast to a full family dinner. A half bathroom and in-unit washer and dryer round out the ground floor.

Sleeping arrangements All three bedrooms are upstairs, each with its own TV. The master suite offers a king bed, a private ensuite with a walk-in shower, and access to a private balcony with seating - a quiet spot to start or end the day. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third is a Mickey Mouse-themed room with two twin beds, a hit with younger guests. The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub.

Kitchen & dining The kitchen is stocked to handle real cooking - not just reheating. You'll find cooking basics including oil, salt and pepper, wine glasses, a hot water kettle, and barbecue utensils alongside all the standard equipment. The dining table seats the group comfortably, and children's dinnerware is also available for younger guests.

Staying comfortable The home is equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, heating, and room-darkening shades in the bedrooms, so everyone sleeps well regardless of the Florida heat.
