Casa Lilliana is a stunning five-bedroom home located within walking distance of the sandy shores of Playa Flamingo — one of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica. This two-story house has recently been renovated with new furniture and decor for a comfortable, inviting stay on Flamingo’s North Ridge. This beautiful property’s highlight is its expansive outdoor oasis, complete with a sparkling private swimming pool with a waterslide, a pool deck with lounge chairs and lush landscaping, a shaded deck with an outdoor dining table and a BBQ grill, and a lovely wood sundeck with lawn games and a built-in firepit.

Casa Lilliana can sleep up to ten guests in the main home across five bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a shaded balcony with a pool view, a TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and jetted tub. The second bedroom also offers a king bed and a private bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. The third and fourth bedrooms have queen beds and private bathrooms — one of them also includes a balcony — and the fifth has a queen-sized bed.

The main living area offers a spacious open floor plan with a living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room, located at the base of the stairs, is furnished with two comfortable couches with throw pillows, two recliners, a coffee table, and a TV.

The gourmet chef’s kitchen features a spacious, minimalist design, with white cabinets, black stone countertops, a stylish black and white backsplash, and a wrap-around breakfast bar that seats six. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including an oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and dishwasher. The eight-seat dining table is situated right next to the kitchen.

Casa Lilliana also comes with a stand-alone apartment you can rent with the main property for an additional fee, which includes a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, a kitchenette, and a shaded terrace with beanbag chairs, a wine fridge, and spectacular views of Playa Flamingo. Pet-friendly policy

We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs.), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Certain properties and complexes may have specific rules and registration requirements. Pets need to be verified at least 24 hours prior to check-in. If guests arrive at check-in with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied. Owners are responsible for their pets' behavior and any damages incurred. Taxis are available but can be a bit hard to find. Many locals use buses to get around, though there are a limited number of routes and times of day when you can catch them. Private shuttles can be a great option for traveling to nearby destinations, and many tour companies offer transportation to and from the tour. Special Places of Costa Rica is committed to protecting our properties and complying with short-term rental regulations, which is why all guests are required to complete an independent verification with our trusted partner, TRUVI, before check-in.
