🌊 Beach Guidelines: Please note that city regulations prohibit fires on the beach. Guests are also required to stay on marked paths within the Beach Nourishment area. The beach is only a short two-block walk away—perfect for effortless trips to the shoreline. Guests also share access to parking, the laundry room, and the outdoor patio. Directions: Head West On Walsingham RD To Indian Rocks Beach. Head North On Gulf Blvd To 8 Th Ave Then Turn South On E Gulf To Address.

PLEASE NOTE: - Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot ******** anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies! The towels provided are intended for approximately the first 3 days of your stay. If you need to refresh them, you’re welcome to use the in-unit washer and dryer, or the laundry facilities available on the property (please note that laundry fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, and we’ll do our best to provide them based on availability.

✓ ITEMS LEFT BEHIND. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.
