🛏 Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements: 🛏 Bedroom 1 – King Bed with En Suite (Upstairs) A spacious primary suite with a private en suite bathroom, offering comfort and convenience all in one. 🛏 Bedroom 2 – King Bed Bright and inviting with plenty of space to unwind after a day on the wine trail. 🛏 Bedroom 3 – Queen Bed Cozy and comfortable, perfect for a restful night’s sleep. 🛋 Additional Sleeping – Lower Level Pull-out couch in the basement retreat, ideal for extra guests or a separate sleeping space.

Please let us know in advance if you’d like one so we can have it ready for your arrival. ➡ No Smoking Indoors – Smoking is only permitted outside, away from the house. ➡ Guest Agreement Required – All guests must sign Get RED-y Vacations’ rental agreement before check-in. ➡ The fire pit for guest use at their own risk. ➡ This home is on a private well system. Water is safe and maintained, but please be mindful of usage to help maintain consistent pressure. ➡ The town enforces quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM.
