Ground Level

The ground level includes the front yard, driveway parking, backyard, pool area, and outdoor dining spaces. Guests can enjoy lush landscaping with palm trees and a private backyard designed for outdoor living.

The first floor is the main gathering space of the home, featuring an open layout connecting the living room, dining area, event room, and kitchen.

Third Floor

The fourth bedroom is located on the third floor and offers a quiet and cozy retreat. This space also includes a dedicated workstation with office chair and ethernet connection, making it ideal for guests who may need to work during their stay. Guests have access to the entire home including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, backyard patio, and private pool area. The backyard features outdoor dining, grills, and a convenient poolside bathroom. The gated driveway provides private parking for up to 4 vehicles.

Please note there is a separate office building on the property with its own private entrance that is not connected to the home or backyard. The host may occasionally access the driveway to enter the office, but guest areas remain completely private. This home sits in a quiet residential pocket of North Hollywood while offering exceptional convenience and central access to Los Angeles.

One of the biggest advantages of this location is walkable convenience. There is a Target and a local park on the same block, making it easy for guests to grab essentials, groceries, or enjoy outdoor space without needing to drive.
