Our studio is a clean, comfortable apartment in Olde Town East. This is a neighborhood that residents consistently describe as walkable, friendly, and full of character. Inside you will find a will stocked cozy space. The kitchen is well equipped for a quick meal, and a dining space for 2. There is also a queen bed, sofa, smart TV, and great bathroom! Enjoy a walk-in shower, and in-unit washer + dryer for laundry at your convenience. Enjoy stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, walk-in shower, and everything is brand new!

Also included is a mounted smart TV, a dresser for storage, a keypad door code, and great wifi.

This is a second floor apartment, and it includes a dedicated parking space in our lot.

Enjoy historic homes and buildings, along side brand new developments.
