Just beyond the living room, a charming garden patio courtyard with a tranquil fountain creates a quiet space for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The primary suite is conveniently located on this level and features a king bed with a spacious ensuite bathroom complete with both a soaking tub and steam/sauna shower.

The second floor offers two additional guest bedrooms. One bedroom features two double beds with its own ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom includes one double bed with a nearby full bathroom with both a bathtub and shower. A comfortable den and TV room provides the perfect place for movie nights or gathering after a day exploring San Miguel.

Outside, enjoy multiple rooftop terraces overlooking the city, beautifully maintained gardens throughout the property, and access to the shared outdoor swimming pool. The pool is maintained at ambient temperature and offers a refreshing escape year-round.
