Notes: Dogs pay a $25 per dog, per night fee. No early check-in or late check-out is available due to our cleaning schedule. No parties or celebrations without prior coordination with the host and a venue fee. Guests will have access to the house, the backyard, and the driveway. Please refer to the check-in guide on the app for more details. Please do not park on the street or the grass.

*Note: The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we ask that the space be treated with dignity and respect. Please keep noise to a minimum. Celebrations and events are not allowed without prior coordination with the host and paying a venue fee. The neighborhood is close to the main road, but you will barely hear any road noise - you will, however, enjoy the benefits and convenience of being able to reach anywhere in Savannah in no time!

There are many convenience stores, gas stations, restaurants, and even a ******** nearby. So you can get all you need for your stay without a fuss! The property is conveniently located halfway between Tybee Island’s beaches (15-min) and Downtown Savannah (15-min).

You can easily Uber/Lyft to either side if you're not interested in driving around - but you will definitely need transportation to get around as the roadways are not walkable due to the lack of sidewalks.

You can certainly go for a morning stroll on the secondary roads here as they are mostly quiet during the day.

There is a very nice Kroger grocery store approximately five minutes from the house.

In the event of an emergency, you can go to Urgent Care 24/7 in Whitemarsh (6-minute drive). The Chatham County Police Precinct is approximately 2.5-miles. And the closest fire emergency station is 1.5-miles away. We ask that the space, other guests, and our neighbors are treated with dignity and respect. Please respect the home and its rules.
