The villa is designed for effortless group stays, with three spacious bedroom suites, multiple gathering areas, a private heated pool, and a rooftop terrace overlooking the city. With accommodations for up to 12 guests, there is plenty of room to spend time together while still enjoying privacy throughout the home.

<b>Ground Floor</b>

The main level opens into a bright, contemporary living space overlooking the pool. The air-conditioned living room features comfortable seating and a Smart TV, while the adjoining dining area seats eight.

The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and everything needed for meals at home. Breakfast service is also available upon request; groceries are not included.

Just outside, the private heated pool creates a relaxing retreat in the middle of the city, complete with loungers and easy access from the living spaces and primary bedroom.

An outdoor terrace overlooking the pool features a dining table for eight and built-in gas grill, making it an ideal setting for leisurely breakfasts, afternoon gatherings, or dinner at home.

At the top of the home, the rooftop terrace offers an outdoor lounge and beautiful views toward La Parroquia and San Miguel's historic skyline. It's a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffee, unwind after exploring Centro, or gather for sunset before heading out to dinner.

<b>Private Heated Pool</b>

The pool is heated to approximately 28°C / 82°F for guest comfort. Guests who prefer warmer water may request an increase to approximately 30°C / 86°F for an additional $700 MXN per day. Guests will have access to the entire house. Private accommodations for you and your group. The entry/access instructions will be emailed to you 1-day prior to arrival.

Cleaning & housekeeping services are offered daily, Monday to Saturday.

One ******** parking spot is included at a nearby public parking lot, just 1.5 blocks from the home. For additional parking, we can recommend a valet parking service for $100 MXN per hour or $500 MXN per night with advance notice.

We have a local team of professionals who provide personalized concierge service to all of our guests. We can help coordinate airport transportation, grocery delivery, cleaning service, private chef or cooking classes, or arrange local experiences such as wine tastings, horseback riding, hot air balloon rides, cultural tours, and more. You're approximately 100 meters from Rosewood San Miguel de Allende and within easy walking distance of Instituto Allende, La Parroquia, restaurants, cafés, galleries, artisan shopping, and many of the city's most popular wedding and event venues.

For guests traveling to San Miguel for a wedding, the location makes it especially easy for groups to stay together without sacrificing proximity to the festivities.

The property also sits on a site connected to the history of La Purísima, one of San Miguel's iconic bakeries, bringing a piece of local heritage to an otherwise thoroughly contemporary home. Convenience is at your fingertips, with taxis and Uber just steps away, ready to take you to stores, restaurants, cathedrals, art galleries, and more. Taxis are ~$80 MXN pesos within the city. They are easy to find, just hold your hand up to grab a green taxi. We also offer a private car service for trips in or around the city (price depends on destination), and we offer private airport transportation for $900 MXN per person (2 person minimum) for transport to and from the airport.
