The villa measures 140 m2 and has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements include two double beds, two single beds and one queen-size bed, while the maximum occupancy is five guests.

The house has a traditional, older style and includes shared living and dining areas and a fully equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi, Smart TV, air conditioning, a dishwasher and laundry facilities are also available.

Outside, guests can use the furnished patio and barbecue area. The property overlooks the water and is surrounded by nature. Guests have access to the villa and its included indoor and outdoor areas.

Parking is available at the property. Self check-in is provided through a key box, and access instructions will be shared privately before arrival. The property is located in Saltsjö-Boo, east of central Stockholm.
