Private room in a shared Condo with living in Host. Love Hosting, if I was an Absent host I wouldn't do this. Just a few blocks away from The Gay Strip, bars, clubs, restaurants/ grocery store/etc. Bathhouse is 7 minutes ride. DAL airport 7 min/DFW 20 min. Updated spacious Condo. I crash in the living room sofa-bed, super comfortable, separated from bedroom completely, but is a shared area so don't be a stranger! During the day can't even tell someone sleeps there. I never sleep in the bedroom, even in my (currently leased out), 4 bedroom House. Bathroom is right on front of your bedroom door. Spacious closet, and Always freshly Dry Cleaned Goose down comforters for your comfy night sleep..zzz.. At least you will have 2 or 3 choices of shampoo, hair conditioner, shaving cream and body wash so no fuzz carrying extra luggage for those. Wash and fold laundry from my nearby contracted service, @ $1.29 per pound if a stay longer than 1 day available! but they do same day if dropped it mornings. Or brand new washers/dryers a few steps away here in the building. Surveillance cameras outside entire complex. No Corfue of course. Experienced host with 240 guests here and 350 from the other B&B, from 49 countries. No extra visitors, sorry. Drinking is cool/smoking outside. Roommates/man cave type stay. Be comfortable! Coffee, Tea, bottled water, basic morning BKF (let me know=done), on the house. When available have some wine or drinks! To relax... Kitchen available for light cooking and no worries, have room in the fridge and pantry for you. Just keep it tidy. Not perfection expected.
Dress code is what you are comfortable in. Full body junpsuit, gym shorts, boxers, Jock straps/ bikini briefs/ birthday suits etc. Totally a men's comfortable household!

Close to all Downtown Dallas attractions, trendy uptown with great nightlife/ restaurants. The Gay strip with all the bars and clubs are walking distance from here (4 blocks). Bathhouse is 7 min ride. Sparkling 9 foot deep swimming pool just steps away, within no children (is a singles Apt community) and very quiet.. Bus stop half a block away going in every direction every 20 min, light rail station is 5 min ride. 4 restaurants literally right behind the building. Asian fusion/ Sushi, Sam's pizza and pasta, Subway, Dickey's BBQ and many more. Uber/Lift average waiting time here 2-7 min. Love Field airport 6 min ride, DFW 20 min. Dart light rail Orange line from DFW 30 min, about $2.50-$5.00.

Smoking outside-Have a cozy but spacious covered balcony facing the street but fenced and private. Dress code is up to you -Be yourself and be comfortable.
