The Proximity: This house is a 2 minute walk to the Bridge of Lions which is the direct access into historic downtown St. Augustine, a total of 10-12 minutes to walk to! Just a 3 minute ride to the St. Augustine Amp (Ampitheatre) for shows from many major bands and artists like John Legend, Iration, Young The Giant, etc and Farmer's Markets on Saturday mornings! Just as close by is Anastasia State Park and Lighthouse Park! The Conch House is walkable within the neighborhood, famous for seafood and Reggae Sundays! The St. Augustine beach pier parking lot is only 5 minutes away. You can bike to any of these locations utilizing the available bike rentals companies in the area as well!

The home itself is SO cozy! Linens and towels are included. The beds are ultra-comfy, the living room boasts amazing lounge furniture, and the decor is epic boho chic! Enjoy your morning coffee while laying in the backyard hammock, or sitting in the comfy outdoor seating area.

THE LAYOUT - has a split 3/1 layout BEDROOM 1: Queen bed (Northside of house) BEDROOM 2: Queen bed (Southside of house) BEDROOM 3: 2 Double Beds (Southside of house) BATHROOM: On Southside of house with the Q and 2 Double room. Has shower/tub combo.

The kitchen has all of the essentials and more, and there are lots of fun things to do in the laundry room, like a game of croquet!

This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1000 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($99 for $1000, $149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements. Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. The Davis Shores neighborhood is a residential one, but surrounded by lots of amazing local mom and pop stores and restaurants! The proximity to downtown and the views as you walk over the bridge are unbeatable!

This home is a stone's throw from the Alligator Farm and Lighthouse Park! We suggest renting a car for your stay. WEEKLY SERVICES: There are various service providers that visit and maintain the exterior of the property on a weekly basis and the days they visit vary from week to week. These services include lawn care, exterior pest control, trash handling and where applicable, pool and spa cleaners. Some properties may have other specialty service providers. If you see them outside, they are just on site to do their job and keep the home in its best condition for the enjoyment of our guests.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Dog friendly only. 2 dogs total allowed, with maximum weight of 50 lbs each.

Our dog rent fee is $30.00/Dog/Night, $175.00/Dog/Week, with a maximum of $300.00/Dog/Month. -This fee is added on to your total after booking confirmation. -The fee doesn't cover damage caused by your pet. We will provide photos and a handyman quote to fairly assess repair charges. -Pets must be fully housebroken, freshly bathed prior to arrival and treated with flea and tick meds within 30 days of check in. -Please share with us any details regarding weight, age, if crated when left alone, if allowed on furniture. If you are bringing a dog, please reach out to us directly about our policy and fees!

LOST AND FOUND ITEMS: We charge a $50 minimum to ship forgotten items, which must be paid in advance. For heavier items, we ask that you pre-pay the $50 and we will acquire any additional shipping cost and bill this to you accordingly + 25% service fee.
