Additional Notes: Pool maintenance on Monday 6:00 AM in the morning. Pool is not heated. Gardening on Friday morning. Trash out on Sunday night. Mini Convection Oven is available. Ice dispenser on the refrigerator is out of order. Please use ice cube trays provided at the house.

SAFETY TIPS TO USE THE POOL

We also wanted to share with you some safety tips you should remember when your kids are around the pool so that everyone can enjoy themselves without any accidents:

1. Never go near the pool without adult supervision. 2. Check the water's depth before diving or jumping in. 3. Have your kids use life jackets or floatation devices if they are not a confident swimmer. 4. Don't play with objects that could be dangerous in the water, such as glass or long sticks. Guests will have access to the entire home, except for few closets and cabinets that we have locked. A car is highly recommended. CANCELLATION POLICY: Please follow the cancellation policy on the respective platform. No refund within 30 days of check-in, if you book on our website. ******** ($500 USD) — NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. ******** will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed.

Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies.

Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.

Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed. — We are delighted to offer a pet-friendly property! If you wish to bring your furry friends along, there is a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $50 per person, per night.
