• Equipped with a large Smart TV that has aerial channels • The luxurious Sofa Bed can sleep 2 Guests. (up to 4 Guests in total) • Features a modern marble-style dining table, seating up to 4 guests

Bedroom:

• Fitted with a Double Bed for 2 Guests. • Decorates with a Desk which can be utilised for work or as a Dressing Table • Also comes with a large Smart TV

Kitchen:

• Fitted with a Microwave, Kettle, Nespresso Coffee Machine with Milk Frother, Oven, and so much more!

Bathroom:

• Fitted with Shower over Bath, Standard sized Bath, Toilet and Basin.

The views from this apartment are incredible, overlooking Liverpool's historical Anglican Cathedral and a glance of the city centre. Although it comes with some flights of steps to the apartment, the scenery and the sunset view from the living room is well worth it!

**Please note that a baby cot is available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay.** Guests have complete private access to the whole apartment, with the communal hallways being a shared area with other residents and guests within the building.

Our apartments also come with a self-check-in service which is accessed from the communal space. Located within The Georgian Quarter - a renowned neighbourhood, home to some of the most outstanding architecture in Liverpool, this apt. is the perfect base for all!

This beautiful, colourful apartment is just a short stroll from the City Centre and near some brilliant places to visit, including, the historic Liverpool Cathedrals and The Philharmonic Hall!

The Georgian Quarter area is well known for its top theatres and performance spaces, ideal for those with an artistic flair.

Near the apt. you will discover many of Liverpool's finest restaurants, bars and cafés. Make sure you take a short walk to the lively Baltic Market that offers a range of delicious cuisines from various local restaurants! The nearest bus stops are on Catharine Street, just a 3-minute walk away. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.

The apartment is a 20-minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool via train.

Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10.

If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town! The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events, or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. Hen & Stag groups are not allowed.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (is up 5 flights of stairs).

Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can results in a ******** charge of £100.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.

Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at: 8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L14JH.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency that needs addressing sooner.
