Eclipse is part of a small neighborhood community just steps from downtown Geneva and Seneca Lake. You’ll be within easy walking distance to the lakefront trail, restaurants, bars, and shops—making it the perfect home base for exploring everything the area has to offer, all from a spot that still feels like its own little community. This home is just a short walk from downtown Geneva and the lakefront, so you can enjoy restaurants, shopping, shows, and the scenic lake trail without needing to drive. For exploring beyond town, a car is highly recommended. The region offers private taxis, local wine touring services, and rideshare options like Uber for convenience. ➡ Please note: We provide cooking basics, with the exception of oil at this time—it will be included in the future. ➡ A Pack ’n Play is available BY REQUEST ONLY and provided free of charge. Please let us know in advance if you’d like one so we can have it ready for your arrival. ➡ Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM per town ordinance and are especially important in this small community with year-round residents—please be mindful and respectful during your stay. ➡ Guests must park only in their assigned spots. Eclipse has 4 dedicated parking spaces: 2 behind the back patio and 2 to the right of the home near the train tracks/dumpster, labeled “31.” ➡ All amenities (hot tub, pool table, games, grill, etc.) are for guest use at your own risk. ➡ Please respect the neighborhood. While close to downtown, this home is part of a small, locally lived-in community. ➡ Guests must sign Get RED-y Vacations’ guest rental agreement prior to check-in. ➡ A security camera is located at the front entrance for safety and monitoring of arrivals. ➡ Some amenities may be seasonal and availability can vary depending on weather and time of year.
