For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience. Ideally located in the heart of McMahons Point, the apartment is just a short walk to the North Sydney business district and train station. The McMahons Point ferry is only 50 metres away, providing a quick 7-minute trip to Sydney CBD. Enjoy easy access to the popular cafés, restaurants and village atmosphere of nearby Blues Point Road. Getting around is effortless from this prime location. The apartment includes complimentary on-premises undercover parking, with additional free parking available outside the property and in the adjacent parking building. The McMahons Point ferry is just 50 metres away, offering a scenic 7-minute trip to Sydney CBD, while North Sydney Station and the business district are within easy walking distance. Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.

There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary. Lost keys, or keys not returned to the lockbox at check-out, will incur a call-out fee.

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the apartment. The fire alarms are very sensitive and may trigger a Fire Brigade call-out. A $1,000 fee will apply if smoking or vaping activates the fire alarm.
