Pour notre première fois à Paris, Thierry a été l'hôte le plus gracieux et extrêmement bienveillant envers nous deux. L'endroit était très bien entretenu et vous donnait une véritable sensation de vivre au cœur de Paris.

Un petit appartement proche de tout, dans le quartier gay. Excellent accueil et plein de petites attentions toujours appréciables !

Thierry a été attentif et a répondu à toutes mes questions. Son lieu se situe au cœur du Marais et est pratique pour les déplacements et pour manger dans de magnifiques restaurants.

Super bien situé ! Le propriétaire très sympa et aux petits soins, malgré notre arrivée assez tard. On enregistre sans hésiter le lieu pour notre prochaine halte :)

J'ai passé 3 nuits dans le studio de Thierry. Il est très bien placé à 2 pas du Marais. Studio très calme pour dormir, il donne sur cour. Thierry est serviable et prend soin de ses hôtes.

Thierry a été un excellent hôte et s'est vraiment donné du mal pour accommoder mon arrivée retardée. Il était tellement gentil et serviable - il a même porté mon sac jusqu'à son studio ! (Il y a beaucoup d'escaliers mais c'est juste partie du charme de l'endroit). Les logements sont compacts et vous avez tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Et j'ai apprécié l'intimité. Je recommande de réserver avec Thierry.

I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful little apartment located in the heart of the Le Marais district. The location: is truly excellent, a real highlight: just a ten-minute walk from the metro and a five-minute walk from the bike station, which makes exploring Paris incredibly easy and enjoyable. The apartment is on the fourth floor of a historic building, and even though there's no elevator, the view more than makes up for the effort. Facing the internal courtyard, the atmosphere is incredibly peaceful and quiet, an oasis of calm with a lovely view over the rooftops of Paris. The owner: Thierry, proved to be a very kind and helpful person. Right from the start, he was keen to provide me with useful tips, not only on the main gay venues in the neighborhood but also on practical information like where to buy groceries and which tourist destinations to consider. I really appreciated his genuine interest in my well-being, making sure everything was going well, and he was always ready to help whenever I contacted him. The apartment: While laid out vertically, is very cleverly organized. Upon entering, to the right, you'll find the bathroom. Although small, it's surprisingly spacious and functional, equipped with a sink and hairdryer, a large walk-in shower where the water pressure is excellent and hot water arrives instantly, as well as a toilet and washing machine. I found it very convenient to have a variety of different towels available, all large and soft. Continuing on, you enter the kitchen area, which is well-equipped with a spacious sink, two hobs, a microwave, a small fridge (the only minor inconvenience is that the freezer compartment is difficult to access because it doesn't open completely properly), a kettle, a coffee machine, and a good assortment of pots and plates. Adjacent to the kitchen, there's a multifunctional counter with two stools that serves as the dining area. The only things I noted were the lack of a dish drainer and the visible trash can. At the back of the apartment, you'll find the sofa bed, but I can assure you that you'll sleep very well, and the pillows are extremely comfortable. It opens and closes quite easily, although, obviously, when it's open, the available space in that area is significantly reduced. I found the presence of a multi-socket power strip nearby to be very useful. Next to the sofa bed, there's a two-door wardrobe: one part holds blankets and pillows (leaving little space for anything else), while the other part offers useful space to hang about some clothes, with hangers already included. Furthermore, I appreciated the presence of an iron and ironing board, very handy for removing any wrinkles from clothes. Above the sofa bed, there are some shelves, though unfortunately, on one side, they are a bit slanted and not entirely stable. Regarding additional comforts, the electric shutters work splendidly, blocking out the sun effectively and ensuring a great night's sleep. And for warmer evenings, a large fan is available, which is no small detail. I had a great time and I recommend it to you. Thanks again Thierry
