Please note: These are two separate apartments in the same building. Each apartment offers:

• Fully equipped kitchen with island and barstools • In-unit washer and dryer • Open living area with Roku TV and lightning-fast WiFi • Two master suites with smart TVs and two full baths • Comfortable workspace for remote work or study • Either a Floor or air mattress available for additional guests • Complimentary parking pass for the attached garage • Convenient downtown location near Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse, the Indianapolis Cultural Trail, Monument Circle, Indiana State Museum, Indianapolis Zoo, White River State Park, and Mass Ave To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with your Guest Access information. The Enso Connect guest verification process will require: * Signing of rental agreement * ID and selfie uploads

Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the apartment. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities include a free parking in the attached garage, 2 Outdoor pools (Open Memorial Day - Labor Day, hours are 9 am - 8 pm, please follow all posted rules), 24/7 Fitness Center and Bark Park with agility equipment. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras and Noise monitoring decibel measuring devices inside the unit (Please note: Noise devices do not have recording features).

Your reservation at CityWay includes one pass for the on-site CityWay South Parking Garage. Please note that we cannot provide additional passes as the garage is public. Upon entry, take a ticket and pay upon exiting, subject to availability. The pass grants unlimited in and out privileges for one vehicle. Enjoy convenient parking during your stay at CityWay! Indy offers various convenient transportation options: Car: Easily accessible via major highways like I-465, I-70, and I-65S, with rental services available. Taxis and Ride-Sharing: Utilize Uber, Lyft, or traditional taxis for travel in Indy and nearby areas. Stays over 30 nights require a refundable ******** if no damages occur (except ******** bookings). • Discounts applied automatically: -10% off for stays 7+ nights -20% off for stays 30+ nights • Extensions: Contact us for special offers. • Starter Kit: Includes coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Guests are responsible for additional supplies. • **Local Guests: Prior authorization is required before booking**. • Cancellations: Check your booking platform’s policy. Even for full refunds, a 4% credit card fee applies (except ******** & ********). • Pets: -$20/night, $100/week, $250/month (potty-trained dogs only). -Preferably under 50 lbs—contact us for exceptions. -Clean up after your pet & leash in common areas. • Outdoor Pool: Open Memorial Day–Labor Day. 10am-9pm Pool Guidelines: No Glass Containers – Ever. Glass is not allowed anywhere near the pool deck or in the pool. It’s a big safety risk — and if glass is found, we have to drain the pool. Let’s avoid that! Music is Welcome—Just Keep it Friendly. Love a good summer playlist? So do we! Just make sure your volume doesn’t disturb the peaceful vibes of the community. If it’s too loud, you’ll be asked to turn it down or head out. Pets Love Summer, Too—But Not at the Pool. We know your pets are family, but they’ll need to sit this one out. No animals are allowed in or around the pool area. Guests: One Per Leaseholder. Planning to bring a buddy? Awesome — just keep it to one guest per leaseholder. Snack Breaks Away From the Pool. Please enjoy meals and snacks away from the pool area; one of the nearby courtyards is a great option! No food is allowed on the pool deck or in the water. Keep an Eye on Capacity. Residents are expected to self-monitor occupancy limits posted on the pool deck. Our staff and Courtesy Officers will also be checking in regularly.

And just to make sure it’s crystal clear — no glass. Ever. Really. We mean it.

This also helps ensure the pools don’t have random closures, something we’d all like to avoid! We appreciate your cooperation and community spirit in making this a fantastic pool season.
