Beautiful place with a great view

Charming, typically Parisian style, bright ,well located apartment just next to the most beautiful and the biggest park in Paris, 1 minute from the metro. My apartment is a cosy, relaxing place , offering a perfect spot for exploring Paris and finding a very authentic atmosphere of "Paris' village". My apartment is located in a neighborhood you will not find elsewhere in Paris: just next to the fabulous Buttes Chaumont park ( check on googl ) with its magical hills, waterfalls and green spaces for pique-nique. It is also located to the unique area of Paris with small charming houses and theirs alleys. 10 minutes away there is one of the most dynamic and living places in Paris, canal de l'Ourcq. It is a neighbourhood with Seine river canal where you can find the best bars, some restaurants (the best pizza in Paris) and people just chilling out around. Going further (5 minutes away) you will find La Villette area and the Paris Philharmonics with its futurist building.

All at my place is made with taste and good quality materials for the best comfort : oak wood on the floor and all furniture one can ask for a comfortable stay. Living room with a comfortable sofa bed 160 cm on 200 cm. A TV screen with cable with more than 120 channels. Speed Wifi Internet connexion throughout the apartment . Kitchen with a washing machine, oven and microwave. . The bedroom 160x200 cm and 2 closets bedroom has a bed of 140x200 cm. Household linen and towels supplied. Cleanliness is the priority at my place.
