Welcome to your peaceful hideaway in Berlin-Rudow, close to BER Airport.

This listing combines two fully equipped apartments, located directly next to each other in the attic of a detached house.

They are: • separate units • accessed via two individual entrances • located side by side on the top floor

This setup offers both privacy and proximity — ideal for larger families, groups of friends, or colleagues traveling together. Each apartment includes:

• Living room with sofa bed • *Two double bedrooms (one on attic gallery) • Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer, cookware) • Modern bathroom with shower • Washing machine • Fast & free Wi-Fi • Large TV

*Please note that two of the bedrooms are located in the upper gallery and can only be accessed via a steep wooden staircase. While many younger guests and families enjoy the unique loft-style layout, it may be less suitable for guests with limited mobility.

The lower bedrooms features a double bed (140 cm & 180 cm), while the upper galleries offers four single beds (90 cm each), which can be arranged together or separately. The sofa beds in the living room provides additional sleeping space.

Despite the proximity to the airport, there is no aircraft noise.

After introductions are made, we tend to leave guests to their own devices. We live at the ground floor, and invite guests to knock on our door anytime with questions, comments, concerns or suggestions!

Onsite there are no additional costs. Access is via two PIN codes at the front door of the detached house. From there, you proceed to the attic level where both apartments are located next to each other.

**Early Access**

To maintain our quality standards, we require a preparation window between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM on arrival days.

If the apartment is ready earlier, we will gladly offer a complimentary early check-in and inform you proactively.

Guests who require a **guaranteed early check-in** may book this option for a service fee, which covers the additional resources needed for an expedited cleaning and inspection process.

The area is quiet and residential — ideal if you prefer a calm base while still having good access to the city. Please note clearly:
