Bonus room & deck: Ideal for movie nights or relaxing on the deck with a grill for al‐fresco dining. Guests enjoy full, exclusive use of the house and grounds. A keyless entry code will be provided before 3 PM on the day of arrival; if you expect to arrive after 7 PM, please let us know so we can ensure a smooth check‐in. The villa is pet‐friendly—pets are welcome with a non‐refundable fee of $150 per pet (additional fee applies for three or more pets). Please keep pets off the furniture and bedding. The home is conveniently located in East Point, offering easy access to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and Downtown Atlanta. The airport is approximately 5–15 minutes away by car, depending on traffic, while Downtown Atlanta is around 15 minutes away in typical conditions. The Georgia International Convention Center is also approximately 7 minutes away, making this a convenient location for both business and leisure travelers.
