Casa Sunshine is in a quiet and tranquil neighborhood that is just minutes from the beach, airport, and the great restaurants and bars of downtown Las Olas. Casa Sunshine is also minutes from the Seminole Hard Rock Casino and Guitar Hotel, and Port Everglades cruise terminals. We offer a bright and comfortable 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house, with a fully screened outdoor patio for dining, and a tranquil backyard with a beautiful new heated pool for relaxation and fun. Depending on traffic, we are centrally located about 10-15 mins from most major attractions.

✶GENERAL: Free wi-fi with streaming & WFH capability, linens, towels, washer/dryer, laundry detergent, central air and heat, hair dryer with diffuser, iron/board, extra blankets, initial supply of toiletries(toilet paper, paper towel), gas grill, and keyless entry.

✶BEACH NECESSITIES: We provide beach towels, beach chairs, beach blankets, a beach cooler, cooler ice packs(in the freezer), and beach toys for kids. We just ask that you rinse the sand off after use. There is a hose on the property.

✶SAFETY: Ring security system with access code, security cameras, carbon monoxide and smoke detectors, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Please note, security cameras and ring doorbells surround the exterior of the property. We do not actively monitor these cameras after your arrival. They are here for safety/liability purposes. There are absolutely NO cameras inside of the home.

✶BEDROOMS: All bedrooms have 1 queen bed, 2 nightstands with USB lamps for charging, 1 dresser, 1 closet, full length mirror, TV with streaming apps and firestick capability (login to your accounts or bring your firestick), remote control ceiling fan with dimmer. Additionally, the master bedroom has a private bathroom.

✶KITCHEN: Refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, pots/pans, cutlery, plates, bowls, coffee mugs, drinking glasses, wine glasses, serving spoons, knife set, mixing bowls, colander, measuring cup, baking dish, cookie sheet, wine opener, can opener, salt, pepper, sugar, cooking oil, food storage containers, and an initial supply of paper towels and trash bags

✶BACKYARD: screened in patio with ceiling fan and outdoor dining for 6, propane grill, grill tools, spacious backyard with night lighting and outdoor seating. Beautiful new heated pool!

✶PARKING: Free driveway parking for 3 vehicles. No street parking allowed. Casa Sunshine is in a quiet, safe and family friendly neighborhood. Feel comfortable to take a walk or a jog to one of the local parks in our neighborhood. To fully explore South Florida, driving is the most convenient. We are about a 10-15 minute drive to most major attractions. Our home has free parking for 3 cars in the driveway. Ride share services are also readily available in the area if needed.
