To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care. Rates are based on occupancy; additional guests may increase the nightly rate. Guests are responsible for any HOA citations incurred during their stay. ***Pet Policy (Subject for approval) The pet fee is $165+ per pet (based on weight). If it is not processed by the booking platform, we’ll send a request. Pets cannot be left inside the home unattended unless they are crated. (NO EXCEPTIONS) Pets may be left in the back patio unattended as long as the area is enclosed. Pets must always be leashed within the community. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any pet-related damage or violations. Pets cannot be up on any furniture. The rental agreement must be signed to confirm your reservation; otherwise, the booking may be canceled.
