We also have a covered front porch and a 3-story balcony/staircase at the rear of the property with views of the Absecon Inlet. Location, Location, Location!

Our home is perfectly situated to explore the best of Atlantic City’s North Beach neighborhood:

Entertainment: A short walk (~10 minutes) to Ocean Casino, Hard Rock Casino, the Island Water Park, and the Lucky Snake Arcade at Showboat. Enjoy mini-golf at North Beach Mini Golf or visit the historic Absecon Lighthouse—both just a block away.

Dining: Savor local favorites like Tony Boloney’s and Hot Bagels & More within a block or two. Other noteworthy restaurants include Chef Vola’s, Dock’s Oyster House, Kelsey’s, and Cafe 2825.

Outdoor Activities:

Relax at the free public beach or stroll the world-famous Boardwalk. Play at the nearby public park with tennis and basketball courts. Explore water activities with our recommendations for boat rentals, sails, kayaking, and jet skiing.

Golfing:

Tee off at some of the best nearby courses, including Twisted Dune Golf Club, Seaview Golf Club, Harbour Pines, Blue Heron, Atlantic City Country Club, and Brigantine Golf Links. The best way to get around in Atlantic City is on your own two feet, particularly along the Boardwalk where most attractions are within walking distance of one another. If you're worn out from walking, you can hop on the AC's Jitney minibuses or be pushed along the boardwalk in a shaded rolling chair.

Having your own car is handy, especially if you are planning on travelling beyond the city limits or down toward Ducktown/Chelsea. You can also utilize rideshare services like Uber/Lyft or you can use a local taxi service.

If you’re not up to walking and you don’t have your own car, The Atlantic City Jitney is for you! An inexpensive minibus that runs 24 hours a day and goes all long Pacific Avenue with stops at all the major casinos and attractions. Things to Know Before Your Stay – Winter Season

In the fall and winter months, Atlantic City can be chilly due to the property’s proximity to the ocean. Extreme cold and snow may occasionally cause issues beyond our control, which might not be resolved immediately. Roads can also be covered with heavy snow, making it difficult to leave the house at times.

Please make sure to pack warm clothing to stay comfortable throughout your entire stay.

A few things to note about the house:

1) Pets are welcome for an additional pet fee. Please advise before booking your reservation. 2) We have two smart TVs in the house. One on the 1st floor, and one on the 3rd floor. Please note that we do not have cable TV. 3) In an effort to combat noise concerns and out of consideration for our neighbors, we may have noise sensors installed at the property to monitor noise levels. We do not record audio of any type. This is strictly to ensure that noise does not eclipse a reasonable level, particularly in the evening hours. All we receive is a time-stamped decibel reading. You should have nothing to worry about as long as you're not engaging in excessive partying. 4) Please note that per Atlantic City's rules, we are not permitted to rent to groups under the age of 21. 5) Please also note that while fully renovated, the home was built over 100 years ago, so it may have some quirks to embrace. 6) As noted above, we do not have off-street parking, but street parking is generally easy to find right by the house.
