“Its expensive for what you get especially when not in a busy season. You pay for location being so close to everything, room is small but has everything I needed. They stuffed me around with the Pilatus ticket I had to pay extra 51.40€ on the boat for holding the incorrect ticket that I bought directly from the hotel (I paid the full adult price but handed in a discounted ticket), eventually it was sorted on the check out day but it caused inconvenience to me. Also 1 was there for 2 nights but only refunded for 1 carbon price refund... the 3 of the receptionists are friendly n helpful 2 are not. Breakfast is limited in choices but good quality.. ”

C'est cher pour ce qu'on reçoit, surtout hors saison. Vous payez pour l'emplacement si proche de tout, la chambre est petite mais dispose de tout ce dont j'avais besoin. Ils m'ont causé des problèmes avec le billet Pilatus - j'ai dû payer 51,40€ supplémentaires sur le bateau pour avoir un billet incorrect acheté directement à l'hôtel (j'ai payé le prix adulte complet mais présenté un billet à prix réduit), finalement réglé le jour du départ mais cela m'a causé des désagréments. De plus, j'ai séjourné 2 nuits mais n'ai été remboursé que pour 1 compensation carbone... 3 des réceptionnistes sont sympathiques et serviables, 2 ne le sont pas. Le petit-déjeuner offre peu de choix mais est de bonne qualité.
