“Staff was very helpful for check-in, and check-out. It was a great location. Just on our way out, the cleaning supervisor chastised us that we needed to be out of there immediately, but when we asked if we could stay an extra 30min it was all ok. ”

Le personnel a été très utile pour l'enregistrement et le départ. C'était un excellent endroit. Au moment de notre départ, le superviseur du nettoyage nous a réprimandés en disant que nous devions partir immédiatement, mais quand nous avons demandé si nous pouvions rester 30 minutes de plus, c'était tout à fait ok.

L'emplacement de l'Hotel Scala est parfait pour quelqu'un qui n'a jamais été à Francfort. Excellentes boutiques et très proche de la Vieille Ville et du métro (ubahn). Le personnel est très courtois et suffisamment d'anglais est parlé pour vous aider à naviguer la ville. Je resterais facilement à cet hôtel à nouveau
