“Excellent value for money. We stayed in one of the apartments adjacent to the hotel. The amenities were fantastic (kitchenette, bathroom, etc.) and the location was perfect. Lots of great landmarks and excellent restaurants within walking distance. The optional breakfast (only €12) was well worth it. Staff/concierge were extremely helpful and willing to recommend anything we needed. If you are on the fence about this hotel, this was a great find!”

Unveiling the Hotel

Dating back to 1375, Phi Hotel Bologna is one of Bologna’s oldest boutique hotels, in the historic city centre. It combines 600 years of hospitality with modern facilities to ensure a pleasant stay next to Piazza Maggiore, the city’s main square.

The Hotel is located in a restricted traffic area (ZTL) but guarantees access and offers a private paid garage on request (to be booked in advance) for those of you arriving by car. Please check our website for more info on how to find us: ********

All rooms come with free Wi-Fi and an LCD TV with satellite channels. Each one has a kettle with a selection of tea and coffee, a minibar and air conditioning. Some rooms have been designed by artists and stage designers.

Breakfast is a sweet and savoury buffet including gluten-free and organic options. The Atipico Osteria restaurant is open both for lunch and dinner and prepares local and classic Italian specialities. The lobby features comfortable sofas and a free internet point.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Nous avons séjourné dans l'un des appartements adjacents à l'hôtel. Les équipements étaient fantastiques (coin cuisine, salle de bain, etc.) et l'emplacement était parfait. De nombreux grands repères et d'excellents restaurants à distance de marche. Le petit-déjeuner optionnel (seulement 12 €) en valait vraiment la peine. Le personnel/concierge ont été extrêmement utiles et disposés à recommander tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Si vous hésitez sur cet hôtel, c'était une belle découverte!
