Please note that the property has only a few extra beds available for the whole accommodation. Therefore, a confirmation from the hotel for an extra bed is required. Guests staying in a room without a balcony have access to a shared terrace. Guests that wish to use the sauna, require a reservation that needs to be made at least 90 minutes in advance and extra charges apply. For hikers this accommodation offers luggage transport service. Please note, the reception is open between 07:30 and 11:00 and between 15:00 and 20:00. If you wish to arrive earlier than 15:00, please call or email the property in advance. Guests arriving later than 20:00 are kindly requested to call to arrange to pick up the key.. Special conditions for groups: For the standard rate (14 days flexible) ,cancellations of 1 - 3 rooms under the same booking/name/company/family/event/group up to 14 days before arrival (00:00) at the latest are free of charge. Cancellations of 4 - 6 rooms under the same booking/name/company/family/event/group up to 21 days before arrival (00:00) at the latest are free of charge. Cancellations of 7 - 9 rooms under the same booking/name/company/family/event/group up to 30 days before arrival (00:00) at the latest are free of charge. Cancellations of 10 - 12 rooms under the same booking/name/company/family/event/group up to 40 days before arrival (00:00) at the latest are free of charge. Cancellations of 13 - 15 rooms under the same booking/name/company/family/event/group up to 50 days before arrival (00:00) at the latest are free of charge. Cancellations of 16 - 18 rooms under the same booking/name/company/family/event/group up to 60 days before arrival (00:00) at the latest are free of charge. Cancellations of 19 - 21 rooms under the same booking/name/company/family/event/group up to 70 days before arrival (00:00) at the latest are free of charge. Later cancellations or no-shows or changes to the booking are chargeable and 80% of the total amount of the booking will be invoiced Please note, only dogs as pet are allowed to come. Per dog per night there is 10 Euro extra fee for cleaning to pay. Please bring your own blanket for dog! No cats are allowed! Please note that there is an additional charge of 5 euro, per person per hour to use the sauna (mixed group, maximum 5 persons per hour).
