The Alcantara Hotel is located in the centre of Tournai. At the gateway to the historic heart of the medieval city, the building is surrounded by cobbled streets and traditional Tournai architecture. Housed in two 200-year-old buildings, the hotel offers all the comforts of a hotel in a warm atmosphere with a ‘home away from home’ feel.

Ideally located, leave your car in the car park and enjoy the centre of Tournai on foot. Choose your parking solution: - Esplanade de l'Europe, located a 5-minute walk from the hotel, this large car park is completely free and easily accessible from the boulevards. - Q-Park ‘Fort Rouge’, located on the hotel's street, a 1-minute walk away, this underground car park offers you the convenience of a city centre car park at a rate of £10/24 hours.

Indulge in our continental breakfast buffet with sweet and savoury hot and cold options, including pastries, juices, hot drinks, homemade cakes, bread, fruit salad, cold meats, cheese and the famous English breakfast with bacon and scrambled eggs. Breakfast hours: Monday - Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. Saturday - Sunday: 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

Our reception opening hours vary depending on the time of year, but even when it is closed, a telephone hotline ensures that our guests can still contact our staff. Guests can arrive at any time thanks to our self-service check-in system. Check-in is from 3 p.m., but you can free up your hands and mind by dropping off your luggage at the hotel reception from 8 a.m.

The provincial tax for your stay is not included in your rate. This must be paid on site on the day of your arrival: €1.63 per adult per day.
