Based in a former power plant, Berghain's reputation for being the best club in the world is truly deserved. This very gay-friendly, maze-like venue features hard techno on the mainfloor and house in the upstairs Panorama Bar. Dark rooms. Polysexual and debauched crowd. Basically, anything goes (and it does)! Be prepared to queue up to two hours in the busiest times and then maybe even get rejected at the door. Sunday afternoons are a great time to go.
