Living space The studio is set up for easy, comfortable stays. A dedicated seating area gives you a place to settle in after a day outside, and a small dining table keeps meals relaxed. Room-darkening shades let you sleep in if the sunrise has other ideas. A flat-screen TV is ready when you want to wind down indoors, and the dedicated workspace suits anyone who needs to stay connected.

Sleeping arrangements The studio sleeps up to 4 guests across 2 double beds. Extra pillows and blankets are on hand, along with full bed linens and hangers in the wardrobe.

Kitchen & dining The kitchenette is well-equipped for self-catering. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender - along with cooking basics (oil, salt, pepper, pots and pans), dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and a dining table. A supply of starter essentials is included: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and kitchen towels. For stays longer than a few days, you'll likely want to restock.

Bathroom The full bathroom features a bathtub - ideal for soaking after a beach day - along with a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel.

Outdoor & views Step out onto the private balcony to take in the ocean directly in front of you. Outdoor furniture is provided so you can sit with a coffee, listen to the waves, and let the sea air do its thing. Beach access is available from the lobby - no long walk, just easy access to the shore.

Location The resort sits right on the waterfront, and the surrounding area has plenty to explore. The Daytona Beach Boardwalk and Pier is about 5 minutes away by car (2 miles), and Daytona Lagoon Waterpark is the same distance. The Daytona International Speedway is around 15 minutes away (7 miles), and Tomoka State Park is roughly the same drive. The Ponce de Leon Inlet Lighthouse & Museum is about 30 minutes south (15 miles) for those looking to venture further. Free parking on premises, and the building is elevator-accessible.

Good to know Check-in is from 4:00 PM and checkout is by 10:00 AM. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.
