Please note that the building uses a shared central air-conditioning system, so cooling and heating may be slower than expected, especially during peak usage periods. This is due to the building’s original design. For winter stays, a portable heater is available if needed. Thank you for your understanding.

Should alternate vehicles be required to use the space then please ensure the vehicle details are passed onto Klaus Multiparking or you may cause damage to your vehicle within the car stacker system.

For your convenience, we offer self check-in. Please note that the keys are securely stored at a nearby shop, which is the closest available key collection point to the property.

You will receive the key collection link and PIN 1–2 days prior to arrival. We kindly recommend planning your check-in route in advance to ensure a smooth arrival, especially if you are traveling with luggage.

If you prefer additional assistance during check-in, in-person support can be arranged for an additional fee, subject to prior request and availability.

Should off-site key collection be a concern for your stay preferences, you may wish to consider a property that offers on-site key access or direct entry.

Last minute same day booking: There might be a delayed check in if you book the same day to arrive, so we can prepare the place properly and comfortably for your stay.
