⚠ Extra Bedding Notice (Sofa Bed):

Our home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests (3 Queen beds + 1 Double sofa bed). For bookings of 7–8 guests: Use of the sofa bed with full linen is already included in your booking free of charge. For bookings of 6 guests or fewer: The sofa bed is optional. If you require the sofa bed to be set up with extra linen, an additional fee of $40 + GST applies. (No charge if you do not need to use the sofa bed).

Please let us know in advance if you require the sofa bed set up so we can prepare it for your arrival. For last-minute requests, an additional emergency linen delivery fee may apply.
