Stay on Indian Rocks Beach at our beachfront 1b/1b bungalow. This is the bungalow at the entrance to the complex. While it doesn't have a beach view, you do have a channel view from your patio outfront, and access to the large Beachfront patio at the front of the complex! This 1-bedroom, 1-bath bungalow is fully equipped and includes a pullout couch 🛋 as a second bed, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. Linens, hand towels, bath towels, beach towels, coffee ☕, and soaps 🧴 are provided at check-in. Additional supplies can be purchased at nearby stores. Relax and enjoy your beachfront escape! 🌴

🌊 Beach Guidelines: Please note that city regulations prohibit fires on the beach. 🏡 Bungalow Privacy & Complex Info Bungalow 1 is private (bungalow unit), but the complex includes 4 units. Bungalows 1 and 2 are located just behind the main house, while units 3 and 4 are beachfront. You’ll enjoy a very short and easy walk to the beach—just steps from the beautiful shoreline. Parking, laundry, and the beachfront patio are shared.

PLEASE NOTE: - Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot ******** anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies! The towels provided are intended for approximately the first 3 days of your stay. If you need to refresh them, you’re welcome to use the in-unit washer and dryer, or the laundry facilities available on the property (please note that laundry fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, and we’ll do our best to provide them based on availability.

✓ ITEMS LEFT BEHIND. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.
