Electricity Management Due to the energy situation in Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria, power outages are frequent. We have a backup generator system so you aren't left in the dark, but its duration depends on responsible usage. The use of the following is strictly PROHIBITED: - Climate Control: Air conditioning. - Kitchen & Personal Care: Microwave and hair dryer. - Laundry: Washers and dryers. - Charging: Mobile phone or laptop chargers.

Water Supply While water outages are uncommon, we are prepared. We have backup water tanks on-site. In the event of an external service interruption: - Minimum Use: Reduce water consumption to the essentials only. - Laundry: The use of the washing machine is suspended during the outage.

Hurricane and Storm Policy We want your stay to be safe, but we cannot control nature. - Refunds: No refunds of any kind will be issued for weather-related causes. - Flexibility: In the event of an atmospheric phenomenon, we offer the option to reschedule your vacation, subject to our calendar availability. Guests will have access to the entire apartment, swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, tennis court, library, game room, coin-operated laundry, and private beach access. Condado is an upscale, oceanfront, tree-lined, pedestrian-oriented community in San Juan. Condado is one of the forty neighborhoods of San Juan, Puerto Rico. In the north are the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean next to hotels and other attractions such as nightclubs, casinos, shops, and restaurants. Condado is one of the island's primary tourist destinations. Parking in Condado is limited. We recommend that our guests do not rent cars unless planning to travel out of San Juan often. In addition to Condado being very walkable, taxicab service, Uber, and electric scooters are abundant and easy to hail. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check-in. Check-in time is at 4P local time. Checkout time is at 11 AM local time. We want to provide a delightful experience to our incoming guests, so we need your help vacating your unit on time. Please be advised any unauthorized checkout past 11 AM will have an additional cost.

We offer several paid amenities as add-on services. After the reservation, these paid amenities can be ordered through the Marketplace tab in our Guidebook. We offer packages such as early check-in, late check-out, pack-n-play travel crib, air mattress, and birthday balloons.

Our Beach Essentials only include beach towels and beach chairs.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, we’ve included an Otium Starter Package in each of our properties. This package includes all the essentials you’ll need to get you started and feel right at home. You’ll find 2 large bath towels, 1 beach towel, 1 washcloth per guest, along with a hand towel per bathroom. We’ve also included mouthwash and toothpaste in each bathroom for your convenience. To keep you feeling fresh and clean, you’ll find shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. For your snacking pleasure, we’ve included 2 snacks per guest, along with water and 1 paper towel. We’ve also got you covered with 2 toilet papers, dish soap, and hand soap. So sit back, relax, and enjoy all the amenities that come with your stay. If you need more amenities you may purchase our Otium Replenish Package, Towel Replenish Package, and Blanket Replenish Package via our Marketplace.

Please be respectful of the home, as we like to keep it in good condition. No parties or events are allowed. The house rules here are very important. Parties, loud music or noise, and smoking are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Please be respectful of your noise level during quiet hours. Our neighbors live here full-time, and we work hard to maintain good relationships with them. Our home is equipped with NoiseAware, which measures sound levels and alerts us if things are too loud so we can give you a heads-up. NoiseAware does not record content; it only measures noise levels, so your privacy is 100% guaranteed.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: -You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. -You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. -You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and the condition of the booking. -You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.

Sensibo air units have been installed on the premises. Please refrain from disconnecting these devices, as they are specifically designed for remote control of the air conditioning and humidity management. The small white/black devices are strategically placed near the kitchen, bedrooms, and close to the mini-split A/C unit for optimal functionality.
