Refunds are not provided for pest-related issues. * If booking during hurricane season (July–November), we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds are not provided for weather-related disruptions. * Some amenities are managed by the HOA (such as the pool) and may occasionally close for maintenance or cleaning. Availability cannot be guaranteed, and refunds are not provided for amenity-related issues. * Construction or renovations may occur in the nearby area without prior notice to us. * Extra supplies may be available upon request, but are not guaranteed. Grocery and convenience stores are located nearby for anything additional you may need. * Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. PLEASE NOTE: - Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot ******** anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies! The towels provided are intended for approximately the first 3 days of your stay. If you need to refresh them, you’re welcome to use the in-unit washer and dryer, or the laundry facilities available on the property (please note that laundry fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, and we’ll do our best to provide them based on availability.

✓ ITEMS LEFT BEHIND. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.
