Located in Robbins Rest just outside the Ocean Beach neighborhood of Fire Island, this home has several decks and balconies to enjoy the warmth and view. After the sun goes down and the air starts to chill, you can shower all the sand off in the outdoor shower and then cozy up by the fireplace to warm your bones. If you still need to shake off a little stress, the private sauna can help melt it all away.

What's Nearby Just off the coast of Long Island, Fire Island is an oasis on the edge of the jungle with numerous beaches. Enjoy boating, swimming, fishing, or just bathing in the hot sun. If you are in the mood for a bit of adventure, you can enjoy parasailing just off the coast. If you want to spend the day on land, you can take in the sites of Sailors Haven and The Sunken Forest parks. There are several delicious dining options as well.

Things to Know Dogs are welcome for a small nightly fee. *Please note this home requires walking approximately 10 minutes through the sand to access it from Ocean Beach and may not be suitable for all guests. Supplies -Starter supplies are provided for your stay, including linens, towels, toiletries, paper products, soap, detergent, and basic kitchen essentials. Additional supplies may be needed depending on the length of your stay and are the responsibility of guests to purchase once the provided stock runs out.

General Rules -Please respect quiet hours and be considerate of neighbors at all times. -No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are permitted. -Only registered guests are permitted at the property unless otherwise approved. Unauthorized guests may result in immediate removal from the property without refund. -Smoking is prohibited inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the property may result in forfeiture of deposits, additional cleaning charges, and smoking-related fees. Improper disposal of cigarette butts may also result in additional cleaning charges. -Excessive cleaning, damages, missing items, unauthorized pets or guests, policy violations, or other issues requiring additional labor or remediation may result in additional charges depending on severity.

Check-In -Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. -Early check-ins may be available upon request and subject to availability. -Upon arrival, please inspect the property and report any concerns or damages promptly. Failure to report issues upon arrival may result in guest responsibility for unreported damages.
